Discount Pament Options
For
the Sunshine Acupuncture Membership
A class membership: $200 annual fee, allowed patient
for 1 to 2 times a week visit. For each treatment pay $40 only. Membership card necessary when you
come to the clinic. No refund for any reason. B class membership: $400 annual fee, allowed patient
for over 3 times a week visit. For each treatment pay $40 only. Membership card necessary when you come to the clinic. No
refund for any reason. Family class membership: $500 annual fee, for each treatment pay $40 only. The
family including: father, mother, wife, husband, brother, sister, son and daughter. Photo ID is necessary when you come to
the cilnic. No refund for any reason. For the New patient (July 1st 2010 ----- September 30th 2010) First 4 times treatment have 50%
discount ( that means $80 become to $40). The new patient can pay $40 visit fee for each treatment during 1st visit
to 4th visit. From 5th treatment, the visit fee is comeback to $80 each, without our membership. Our membership
still pay $40 visit fee. This pament discount is effective from July 1st 2010 to September 30th 2010.
